How does virtual interior design work?

Once you book with me, I’ll send over a style questionnaire so I can really understand you — your taste, your lifestyle, your budget, and how you actually use the space.

After that, we’ll hop on a 30-minute video call where you can walk me through your room. I want to see the lighting, the layout, and hear what’s been frustrating you about it. This part is important to me because I don’t want to guess — I want to design something that truly feels like you.

From there, I create your curated design plan with a mood board, layout suggestions, and shoppable links so you can confidently bring it to life.

How long does a design take? 

Most designs are delivered within 7–14 business days after our consultation call, depending on the scope.

If you’re on a tighter timeline, I do offer an expedited option (3–5 business days) when my schedule allows.

Will I be able to actually implement it myself?

Yes — that’s the whole point. I source everything for you and provide direct shopping links, so you can simply click, order, and execute at your own pace.

No guesswork. No endless scrolling.

What if I don’t love something?

I truly want you to love your space. Not just think it’s “nice” — but actually look forward to walking into it every day.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, I include one revision round so we can refine the design together. My goal isn’t just to create something pretty — it’s to create a space you’re excited to be in, a space that feels calm, elevated, and completely yours.

Do you ship products?

No physical products ship from me. Everything is delivered digitally with curated links so you can purchase directly.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project date.
Following our consultation and scope confirmation, the remaining balance must be submitted within 48 hours. Design work will begin once payment is complete.

Revision Policy

Each design package includes one revision round to ensure the final direction feels aligned. Additional revisions can be added for an additional fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of virtual design services, all sales are final once work has begun. I am committed to creating a space you love, which is why I include a revision round in every package.

Communication Policy

To ensure clarity and organization, all communication is conducted via email unless otherwise arranged during your consultation. I respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Expedited Projects

Expedited delivery (3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. This option prioritizes your project within my current schedule.

Client Responsibility

I provide a fully curated design plan with direct shopping links so you can confidently bring your space to life. All purchasing and ordering is completed directly by you.
